Federal State

For a Democracy to exist with in the U S.  a series of reforms must be made:

- The Presidential Cabinet (Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, as well as the Attorney General.):
This branch needs to become the head of the Executive branch of the U.S. and should be appointed by Congress based on skill, knowledge, and merit. Forming an Executive Committee and abolishing the office of the President.

Senate:
The Senate will need to be reformed to be elected by run-off votes and to be withdrawable. If they are found to be taking bribes from Unions, Businesses, etc. they are to be removed and replaced. Their wages are to be based on the hours they work and to be fixed to the lowest wage of the Country.

House of Representatives:
This office is to be selected through sortition to truly allow everybody to have a say in the affairs of the Country and its administration on a large scale. They will serve a total of two years to allow for each citizen to have the ability to hold this office.

National Board of Arbitration:
This board will consist of a spokes person from Syndicates, Co-operatives, Guilds, Works Boards, and Trade Associations.
They will set the national economic policies, labor laws, and public service projects. As well as appoint ministers into courts of labor to arbitrate between managers and labor in cases of dispute between the two.

Municipalities and States

Each community, town, and city should be converted into municipalities ran by councils and committees instead of by mayors.
Each Municipality should have:
- Trade Association
- Municipal and Federal Courts
- Municipal Council :
   + Treasury
   + Agriculture ( Federation of Farm Workers)
   + Commerce (Two delegates from the Trade Association and ten citizens of the Municipality)
   + Education
   +Energy
   + Health and Human Services
   + Housing and Development                         
   + Transportation
   + Treasury
  

- Federation of Works Boards, Syndicates, and Trade Guilds

Municipal laws will be made through grass-roots democracy.

The Municipal Federation:

The  State will hold a Senate which will be called the Municipal Federation it will hold a delegate from each Municipality. The delegate will speak for the Municipality and can be withdrawn this will be a legislative body for each State.

House of the People:

This will be organized in the same manner as the House of Representatives in the Federal State and will act as a house of review.
